  • Create and Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Book travel arrangements.

  • Provide general support to clients.

  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.

  • Generate reports

  • Handle multiple projects.

  • Prepare and monitor invoices.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Organize travel arrangements for senior managers.

  • Manage email and organize company files.
